Kibler Construction…what a clever name! It actually is. In two words you know who we are and what we do. I opened this company because construction is in my blood. It’s a continuation of the legacy that my father started nearly 50 years ago, and the first endeavor to bear the Kibler name. For us, construction is a family affair.
We have a passion for this business and each project we work on. Not only do we enjoy the work, but we dedicate ourselves to doing it the right way. We want to make sure we are not only delivering a superior product for our clients but also that all of our subcontractors, architects and engineers enjoy working with us as well.
“We build together” is not just a random motto but our true belief in how we get the job done. I
believe that if we work hard for everyone involved in our projects, we will produce a truly collaborative experience where all parties win. This is the key to our success, and it has borne the fruit of loyal repeat clients throughout the years. We want everyone to walk away feeling like this experience should be repeated. This is how we measure success.
We take a true family approach on our projects because to us, that’s what we become together. A family. We’ve been able to achieve this by building a dedicated and loyal team. As a result, everyone at Kibler Construction is committed to going above and beyond to get the job done.
Our Subcontractors are part of the Kibler team as well. We have invested in these relationships over time, and we consider them key to our long-term success. This has formed a loyalty that has spanned decades.
Also, and this can’t be stressed enough, communication is the key to success in construction. We take pride in being the most communicative construction company with the most accessible high-level leadership around. As such, we have the most accurate information that allows us to maintain our schedule or better yet beat it.
At the end of it all the best part about being in construction is creating a legacy that remains even after we are gone. I can remember driving around South Florida and my dad pointing out all the buildings that he had built. When I got old enough to drive, I was so proud to show my friends how the Kibler family had changed the landscape of the community for the better. Now I get to do that with my kids. The pride in their faces and wonder in their eyes when they see the fruit of our labor is the most rewarding feeling I can get. The pride of being a part of the South Florida community and contributing to the ever-changing landscape is an incredible generational legacy. A family affair.
